For the web design process, I start designing in Photoshop so that all the colors and images fit well together. Once we have the design down, I write it in web code and upload it to my staging server for further tinkering and refinement.

I hand-write all of my code (HTML, CSS, Cold Fusion, Javascript, etc). Many other web development companies use HTML editors and do not actually know HTML. I write every bit of my code, so I know my work inside and out.
